Authors are responsible for ensuring that all manuscripts submitted to FARARJ demonstrate originality, scientific rigor, and academic integrity. Manuscripts must strictly follow the journal’s formatting template (download ) Journal manuscript templat-Ms Word, structural, and referencing guidelines to ensure consistency and facilitate the evaluation and publication process. Authors are also required to provide complete and accurate information regarding all contributors, including institutions ,affiliations and contact details for the corresponding author. Throughout the peer-review process, authors are expected to respond to reviewer and editorial comments in a clear, respectful, and comprehensive manner, providing detailed explanations of revisions made or justifications where recommendations are not adopted. In order to maintain the efficiency of the editorial workflow, authors must also respect all deadlines communicated for manuscript revisions and resubmissions.
Authors submitting manuscripts to FARARJ are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical conduct throughout the research and publication process. All submitted work must be original and free from any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and unauthorized use of data, text, or ideas from other sources. Manuscripts must not be submitted simultaneously to another journal or previously published elsewhere, as duplicate submission and redundant publication are strictly prohibited. For studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data, authors must obtain appropriate ethical approval from recognized institutional or national ethics committees and clearly indicate this approval within the manuscript. In addition, all authors are required to disclose any competing interests, whether financial, professional, institutional, or personal, that could influence—or be perceived to influence—the interpretation, evaluation, or presentation of the research findings.
Manuscripts submitted to FARARJ must be written in clear, coherent, and academically appropriate English or French. Authors are responsible for ensuring the linguistic quality, grammatical accuracy, and readability of their manuscripts prior to submission. Submissions with significant language deficiencies that hinder scientific understanding or evaluation may be returned to authors for language revision before entering the peer-review process. The journal encourages authors, where necessary, to seek professional language editing or proofreading services before submission to improve clarity and presentation quality.
To ensure transparency, accountability, and fairness throughout the editorial process, every manuscript submitted to FARARJ is assigned to a specific Section Editor according to the selected research domain. The assigned Section Editor is responsible for monitoring the manuscript from the initial screening stage through peer review, revision, and final recommendation. This structured assignment system ensures clear responsibility, traceability of editorial actions, and efficient communication between authors, reviewers, and the editorial team.
Editorial decisions are made based on objective academic criteria, including reviewer reports, the scientific quality and methodological rigor of the manuscript, and its relevance to the journal’s scope . Decisions are not based on personal, institutional, or geographical considerations. To maintain consistency and harmonization, the Editor-in-Chief provides overall supervision of the editorial process, validates major editorial decisions when necessary, and ensures that all Section Editors apply the journal’s policies, ethical standards, and quality expectations uniformly across the journal.
